Captus provides secure online examinations where multiple choice and/or essay questions can be randomly selected from competency areas within a protected database. The exam is available only when a candidate and a proctor mutually sign in. Participants may be required to log into the examination site at a pre-established place and time. In this high level security exam, the database of questions is protected by not being directly accessible from the Internet. With the Captus examination platform, if the participant’s Internet connection is broken during the examination, it is possible to reestablish the connection using a different workstation and resume with the same set of questions.
