Candidate Code Retrieval
Here you may obtain your candidate code for accessing the
exam for which you have registered. It may take up to one full business day
after registration for your record to be displayed. If your
registration is subject to approval by a professional association and/or
if you selected a delayed payment method, you will not receive
credentials until whichever applies is completed.
Please enter the confirmation code you received when
registering. (It begins with your last name followed by numbers.)
If no records are returned and you have waited the
required period, please email
Support@captus.com.
If you do not have your confirmation code available, please enter the
email address you
provided when you registered and the confirmation code will be emailed to that address.
If your registration is for a course with a fixed start date, you may
access your course on or after the start date.
Receipts are available at
https://info.captus.com/accounts/invoice.aspx two business days after your
registration is finalized and paid for.
