You chose:

  1. Confront the senior salesperson and say that you would not falsify the expenses because you think it's unethical. Say that if he continues pushing you to follow the practice, you will have to let the management know what is going on. You hope that the issue will be dropped.
The senior salesperson says angrily, "kid, if you know what's good for you, you'll keep your mouth shut." He then goes on to state in very direct terms that you have no future on the sales team and you should plan an immediate change in your career. After the incident, you sense that the word has spread to all sales personnel and you are alienated from the whole sales team. None of the sales personnel will talk to you and you are never invited to participate in social events. Many of the team members begin to show overt hostility on occasion, saying things such as "... why did we get a woman who doesn't know her place." What is your best course of action under this worsening circumstance?
  1. You take no action, disregard his comments and continue as before.

  2. You approach your grandparents and and say that need to change your position immediately.

  3. You complain to the sales manager that the senior salesperson is harassing and threatening you.
