Book Order Return Policy

Returns

You may return eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including shrinkwrapping, if any. Please note that items sold as “FINAL” are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@captus.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Refunds

Once the eligible return has been inspected and the return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs you paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Shipping

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. The return address is Captus Press Inc., Units 14&15, 1600 Steeles Avenue West, Concord, ON, L4K 4M2. You have the discretion to choose the return shipping method, but a trackable shipping service is recommended.
