Online Book Order Return and Cancellation Policy
Unless the item(s) being purchased have an explicit alternative policy, the following terms and conditions shall apply:
Eligibility and Conditions:
- 
                Print Book Orders: Return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition (including shrinkwrap packaging, if applicable). 
- 
                Digital eBook Rentals: Cancel within 48 hours of the payment transaction, provided the eBook has not been downloaded. 
- 
                "FINAL Items": Items marked as "FINAL" or "FINAL SALE" are non-returnable and non-cancellable for both print books and eBook rentals. 
- 
                $10 Cancellation or Return Fee: A $10 fee applies to all returns or cancellations for both print books and digital eBook rentals. 
Return Process:
- Contact: To initiate a return or cancellation, email us at sales@captus.com for eligibility verification.

                Print Book Returns: 
                Customers
                are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable
                shipping service for safe returns. Please send returns to:

Refunds:
- Print Books: Refund will be issued after approval, excluding original shipping costs and the $10 return fee.
- Digital eBooks: Refund will be issued after cancellation eligibility is confirmed, minus the $10 cancellation fee.
Notes:
- 
                Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product is defective or incorrect, please contact us for return instructions. A replacement will be sent upon the return of the defective/damaged item. 
- 
                Refund Timing: Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process after eligibility is confirmed.
